Ordering and payment
All prices at the website are inclusive of Danish VAT and other taxes. All prices are current prices.
The price at the time of ordering will be the price applying to your transaction.
HicTo Alarm makes reservations for typos, price errors, changes to VAT and/or other tax rates, sold-out goods and lack of delivery from our suppliers.

After placing your order, you will receive an online confirmation.
Should you not have received your confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us.
We will also send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped.
All agreements are made in Danish when you buy goods from HicTo Alarm.

You have several payment options to choose from.
The safest method of payment and the one recommended by us is using a debit card.
We accept the following cards:

Online card payments
If you pay with an electronic debit card, we will not withdraw the amount until after we have shipped your goods.
Payments are executed via a safe and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information will not be legible to third parties.
When you shop using a debit card, we reserve the right to checking whether the entered personal information are true.
At any time, we could reduce the amount paid – for example, if the product is out of stock or you cancel your order. But for safety reasons, we are NOT allowed to increase the amount you have approved.

Delivery time
We will pack and make all the displayed goods ready for shipment within approx. 4 months, and the delivery time is up to 7 days.
Orders are packed and shipped in the order in which we receive them. This means that the delivery time might be a little longer around holidays etc. If so, we will mention this at our website.

Shipping charges
We operate with one freight price notwithstanding the order size. We have negotiated a fixed freight price with PostNord. You can have your package delivered to your doorstep or to the nearest post office. You will always receive a ”Track and Trace” number allowing you to track your order from the factory to the pre-arranged place of delivery.

Returning and right of withdrawal
Buying from HicTo Alarm, you will be entitled to cancel your order for up to 2 weeks by simply letting us know that you want to cancel your order and then returning the product to us.
Your right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive your product. If your right of withdrawal expires on a bank holiday, a Saturday, June 5 or on December 24 or 31, you will have until the following working day to cancel your order.
In order to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must clearly state your intentions in an e-mail to us within 2 weeks of receipt of the product.
Following receipt, you may handle your product in a way only that will enable you to determine the nature, functions and characteristics of the product.
You will be liable for a decrease in the value of the product only if this results from your handling of the goods in way that was not necessary to determine the nature, functions and characteristics of the product. In other words, you may test the product in the same was as if you were in a physical store.
If you have tested the product in excess of the above, we will consider it a “used” product, meaning that we will return only a small part of the price or nothing at all depending on the trade value of the product. We consider used products to have no trade value.
In case of returns/replacement as such, you are liable for the cost of returning the product to us whereas we will pay the cost of sending the replaced product back to you.
You bear the risk for the product as of its delivery and you are responsible for packing the product in a safe way if you are returning it.
You are not allowed to cancel your order by simply refusing to accept the parcel on delivery without notifying us that you want to cancel your order at the same time.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can have your product repaired or replaced or have your money back or receive a discount depending on the specific circumstances.
Damage to the product due to your mishandling of the product will not be covered by your right of complaint. HicTo Alarm should be notified of complaints based on flaws and deficiencies in due time following receipt.
In this regard, a maximum of 1 month is considered ‘due time’ unless we have agreed otherwise.
If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) freight charges.

Please note! We will not accept parcels sent COD or similar. Remember to always wrap the goods properly and safely when returning them to us.

Privacy policy
We do not resell personal data or disclose your personal data to others. Personal data are recorded in our customer records only. You are entitled to have you personal data removed from our records at any time should you request it.
In order to enter into agreements with HicTo Alarm, we need the following information:
Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
We record your personal data only in order to be able to deliver the goods correctly to you.
Your personal data will be kept by HicTo Alarm for up to 5 years and then we delete them.
When personal data are collected via our website, we do so against your consent only so that you will always know which data are collected and why.
HicTo Alarm’s manager and employees have access to the data recorded about you.
We do not store customer information in an encrypted form. We do not transmit customer information in an encrypted form.
Being registered in HicTo Alarm’s records, you are always entitled to object against the registration. Furthermore, you are also entitled to review the data we have recorded about you.
